Hiking and scenery are galore! This neighborhood sprawls up the hillside above South Higgins Avenue providing beautiful views of the valley and mountains surrounding. This area includes a mix of homes, from closer together lots to spread out homes and hillside ranches on acreage. A short drive up will take you to miles of hiking and biking trails and a short drive down will take you to the University of Montana and into town.
